Store Policies- Shipping/Returns/Repairs


SHIPPING

Domestic:

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx (2-7 business days). Customer will be notified when orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimate does NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed please choose express shipping at the checkout. 

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Maya Bauman Design is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damages or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

International:

Each International package is shipped via UPS shipping service (6-10 business days). Customer will be notified when orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimate does NOT include the time required for fulfillment. Maya Bauman Design is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the custom process.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. Gift cards & Sale/Sample sale items are not returnable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contacts us prior to shipping. 

Refunds:

Only regular priced items may be refunded (Regular priced items with promotions are considered full priced items). Unfortunately sale/sample sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mayabaumandesign@gmail.com and send your item to: Maya Bauman Design, PO BOX 92, Corte Madera CA 94976, United States.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maya Bauman Design, PO BOX 92, Corte Madera CA 94976, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
